Springtime for ONScripter (20110321)

Here ya go: ONScripter-EN release (onscripter-en-20110321)

This release fixes a bug causing some programs to always run with “scale” upsizing, and adds some nifty ons.cfg/cmd-line options for handling audio settings (like if you need to tweak for certain hardware or disable DirectSound in Windows).  Take a look at the changelog for more details.

    Oh yay! Thanks so much for your work for for the new release, the disappearing sprite problem seems solved now.
