ONScripter compatibility release

After more time than I would have liked, here’s a new ONScripter-EN release (onscripter-en-20100518).

I’ve made some small bugfixes for issues noted on the Bug Reports page, and also added some command-line options for older-ONScripter compatibility, mainly for al|together novels (which I should have up on the Compatibility page shortly).

This release was also included with the latest Witch Hunt Umineko Episode 1-4 patch ^^

    Hello! I could not find page for questions, so I ask here. All this SDL-* dependencies, they need only for compilation? If I compile ponscripter and delete this sdl packages, everything will be fine? I need it information to create package in Arch Linux.
