Another ONScripter bugfix release

Just made a new bugfix release for ONScripter-EN (onscripter-en-20100130) to correct a problem with creating new save files, which was introduced in the last release (oops).

    Hello, you could not make Russian support (ANSI or still what) in onscripter. We have altered on ANSI, but it already old. 2008 also works not so stably.

    Excuse me, I searched in your website long enough, and I didn’t find any tutorial. Could you send me some first step, or something like that, please? Just the little minimum to know how to display text, and picture, the really first step.
